Bulk Update Listing Quantity for Channels

Please follow the below steps to bulk update listing quantity for channels. Please note that following channels are not supported for bulk quantity updates.

Rakuten Marketplaces
iOffer Marketplace
Storenvy Marketplace
Opensky Marketplace
Facebook Shop
Fruugo
Wowcher

a) Please go to Bulk Actions > Import section.

b) From Bulk Import section , please 'Update Bulk Quantities CSV' file.

c) Upload the CSV file with following columns. This example for updating eBay UK and US quantities and Amazon Germany Quantity. But it is the same approach for other channels.

Column Name	Description	Mandatory
sku	Stock Keeping Unit	Yes
qty	This is the total available quantity	Yes
ebayuk-qty	This is the eBay UK quantity. This has to be less than the total quantity	Yes (if you are updating eBay UK quantity)
ebayus-qty	This is the eBay US quantity. This has to be less than the total quantity	Yes (if you are updating eBay US quantity)
amazonde-qty	This is the Amazon Germany quantity. This has to be less than the total quantity	Yes (if you are updating Amazon Germany quantity)

Listing quantity columns for some others channels are as follows. This is not an exhaustive list but please follow the same pattern

ebayfr-qty : eBay France
ebayit-qty : eBay Italy
ebayes-qty :eBay Spain
ebayin-qty : eBay India
amazonfr-qty : Amazon France
shopify-qty : Shopify qty
bigcommerce-qty : Bigcommerce qty
