How to enable all Shopify Permissions

If you are experiencing any issues with your Shopify connection within Selro this may be because not all permissions have been enabled in your Shopify account. 

You can test this by clicking on your username-> select connections-> edit your Shopify account-> click test connection. 

 

If your Shopify account is connected with limited access the below error message will then appear. 

 

To correct this please log into your Shopify account. 

Click on apps

 

Click on app and sales channel settings

 

Click view custom apps

 

Click on your Selro app 

 

Click review configuration

 

Click 'edit' admin API integration

 

 

You can enable your permissions here:

 

 

You will need to enable the following permissions:

  • Analytics
  • Assigned fulfillment orders
  • Customers
  • Discounts
  • Draft orders
  • Files
  • Fulfillment Services
  • Inventory
  • Locations
  • Merchant-managed fulfilment orders
  • Order editing
  • Orders
  • Product listings
  • Products
  • Shipping
  • Third-party fulfilment orders
