Please follow the steps outlined in this user guide to generate and print your shipping labels within Selro.
In this example we will be generating Parcelforce shipping labels but you can follow the same process for any shipping courier.
For a more in-depth look at the order management process within Selro please watch our order management webinar via the below link.
To start please select orders-> unshipped orders.
All of your orders that are ready to be shipped out will be shown under this tab.
If you want to be able to organise your orders into specific folders or processing queues please view our user guide below.
Organise orders using folders and processing queues.
From here please select the order(s) you would like to fulfil.
You can use the filters available to sort which orders you want to fulfil.
After selecting your orders please select 'create labels'
From here please select the shipping courier you want to generate the label with.
The below window will then appear.
From here please select the shipping service you want to use from the drop down menu.
(If you would like the shipping service and format to be pre-populated you can set up shipping rules, please click on the link below to view our user guide on this process.)
You will also need to enter the weight and dimensions for each line item.
(If you enter the weight and dimensions at the SKU level these fields will be auto populated with this data, you can bulk import weight and dimension to your products following the steps outlined in the user guide below.)
Bulk update weight and dimensions
Once you have entered your data please select 'create labels'
The below window will then appear, please click on print all label PDF's to print your shipping labels.
(If you are using integrated labels please select 'print integrated labels' the user guide explains this process in greater detail.)
Once you have printed your labels please select 'confirm shipment'
When you select confirm shipment the order status in Selro will change from unshipped to shipped.
This will also send an update back to your channel to show the order has been shipped, the tracking number will also be sent back to the channel and to your customer.
Once you have completed the above process you can close this window and go to 'fulfilment processing tab'
This will show the 'feed status' of this order.
In the example below the first order is showing a processing status 'complete' this means that the order status and tracking data has been sent back to the channel.
The second order shows an 'error' status, this means the order status and tracking data have NOT gone back to the channel.
If you notice an error message on this page and are not sure how to correct this please contact our support team at support@selro.com.
