Amazon Error Message 'Request Is Throttled'

 

The below error message is returned from Amazon and is due to API limitations from Amazon

If you try to connect multiple Amazon accounts at once you may see this error message occur. 

 

Amazon resets this limit every 5 minuets, if you try to complete the integration again within an hour of receiving this error message your account should connect. 

 

If you still receive an error message after this time period has lapsed please contact our support team at support@selro.com and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
