As you may be aware Click and Drop are removing their Dropbox connection.
In order to keep generating your Click and Drop shipping labels you can now set up a direct integration using the below set up.
Shipping-> Shipping Courier set up-> Available Carriers-> Add Royal Mail
Once you have added Royal Mail you can input your click and drop account details.
Where it asks for your OBA account number etc. please enter your Click and Drop account number etc.
Once you have entered your account details we will begin this integration process. (this process can take between 2-3 days to complete.)
You will receive an e-mail notification once your integration is complete.
If you select the 'Shipping Services' tab you will be able to choose the shipping services you plan to use going forward.
If you want to customise your label you can do this under the 'label settings' tab if you do not wish to customise your labels Selro will use the default label that is generated.
We will complete the API settings.
To connect your printer please go to the printer set up tab, download the relevant software, once you have downloaded the software you will be able to search for your printer and print of a test label.
