Connect Woocommerce

To Connect your Woocommerce account to Selro please follow the steps outlined below. 

If you would like a member of our team to create a Woocommerce account for you, please contact us at support@selro.com.

To connect your Woocommerce account in Selro:

-Please select your user name in the top right hand corner-> select connections-> select eCommerce Stores-> add Woocommerce

Here you can enter all of your account details:

-Please enter your Account Nickname (this is for internal reference in Selro only)

-Please enter your Woocommerce Consumer Key (You need to generate this in your Woocommerce account, please follow the instructions below)

-Please enter your Woocommerce Consumer Secret (You need to generate this in your Woocommerce account, please follow the instructions below)

-Please enter your Woocommerce Domain Name

-Woocommerce Version please ensure you select the correct version, any version above 4.0 is supported. 

-WordPress Version default 4.8 Please ensure you select the correct version. 

-If you want to download your orders into Selro please enable here (select the check box, you can customise which orders are pulled through into Selro by selecting 'Advance Settings')

-If you want to download your product catalogue into Selro please enable here (select the check box, you can customise which products are pulled through into Selro by selecting 'Advance Settings')

Please select 'Save' and 'Test Connection' to make sure your account has connected successfully.

Please allow up to 1 hour for your products to download once you have selected 'Download Woocommerce Catalogue'

To generate your 'Consumer Key' and 'Consumer Secret' in Woocommerce please follow the steps outlined below:

-Please Log into your Woocommerce account

-Please select 'Woocommerce'

-Please select 'Settings'

-Please select 'Advanced'

-Please select 'Rest API'

-Please select 'Add Key'

-Under description please enter 'Selro'

-Please enter your user name

-Under permissions please set to 'Read and Write'

-Please select 'Generate API Key' 

-Please copy and paste your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret into Selro
