The below error message is generate by eBay.
Only Shop owners are allowed to create listings using the format 'Shop Inventory Items'
If you would like to purchase an eBay shop you can do this by signing up for an eBay shop subscription.
You can change your listing format under the eBay listing templates.
Settings-> channel integration-> edit eBay-> listing template-> general-> listing format
