Stock Synchronisation
Selro's stock synchronisation works in near real time. This means your stock levels will be updated across all of your marketplaces within 5 to 15 minutes, once an order is placed.
Selro also runs a daily stock synchronisation, this means that the quantity in Selro will be pushed to all of your channels once a day, when stock sync has been enabled.
Selro's stock sync is based on SKU reference, this means your products need to have the same SKU reference across all marketplaces for the stock sync to work.

Inventory Management
When updating your product information, if you update this in Selro directly you can then push an update to your marketplaces. However if you update your product information directly on your channel, these changes will not automatically import into Selro.
You can bulk update your product information via a CSV file using our bulk actions feature
Listing Management
You can create new listings from Selro to your marketplaces. You can either create these listings in bulk or individually. You can create new listings via the UI or via a CSV file.

How to create new listings from Selro
Order Management
Within Selro you can integrate your shipping couriers and then generate and print your labels directly in Selro. Your shipping courier will then send the tracking data back to Selro.
From Selro you can then select 'confirm shipment' and Selro will update the order status back to your channel and submit the tracking data to your channel too.

Currently Selro does not manage returns or refunds.
Account Integration
Selro will automatically send and generate sales receipts in your accounting System every 6 hours automatically.
