Royal Mail OBA Integration

To connect your Royal Mail OBA account in Selro please follow the steps outlined below. 

(You can integrate multiple Royal Mail OBA accounts in Selro)

 

Please go to Shipping -> Shipping  Courier Set-Up-> click setup 'Royal Mail'

The below page will then appear.

Please enter your account details here.

(Please note it can take between 2-5 days for us to complete the integration for you, you will receive an email notification once the integration is complete and ready to use.)

Please ensure the email address you enter is your registered OBA account email address.

Under the 'Shipping Services' tab please select the services you want to use.

From this page you also have the option to set a weight cap to specific service codes, the user guide below explains this feature in more detail.

From this page you can also stop the tracking data from being sent back to your marketplaces when you fulfil an order. The user guide below explains this process in more detail.

Under 'integrated label settings' you have the option to customise your integrated label.

(If you only want to print the default RM label 4x6 you can leave this section.)

Under the thermal label set up tab you will see the below options.

From here you can choose to either print your default RM label only, or you can print your label and the order summary as a separate page, to your thermal printer.

As default Selro will print the RM 4x6 label only.

Under API settings please enter your Royal Mail API keys.

To connect your printer please select the 'Printer Set-Up' tab and download the relevant software 

Once you have downloaded the QZ printer tray please click 'search printer' and connect your printer in Selro. 

If you select the print automatically check box, then when you generate your labels these will be automatically sent to your printer.

Please follow the steps outlined in the video below to complete this process. 

Once your Royal Mail integration is complete you will be able to print your shipping labels directly from Selro. 

Please go to Orders -> open orders-> select your order-> click 'Create Labels' -> click 'Via Royal Mail'
