Please follow the below steps to connect your Hermes Business account with Selro. If your Hermes account is not a Business account, then you have to export your orders from Selro and import into Hermes to create shipping labels.
To connect your Hermes Business Account or Hermes Corporate account please follow the below steps:
Please go to the Shipping -> Shipping Courier Set-up-> Available Carriers-> Set up Hermes
Please select account type and choose either business or corporate account
For your business account enter your account details as pictured below.
For your corporate account please enter your details as pictured below.
Hermes may send you several API keys.
Please use your SIT credentials to initially create a test label, and send this to your account manager for approval.
Once they have checked this label please use your live keys, PROD credentials to create your labels.
To connect your Hermes pre-paid account please follow the steps below.
Please go to Shipping->Shipping Courier Set up-> Available couriers-> Hermes Settings
Please create your Hermes shipping profile here. (you can create multiple shipping profiles.)
To generate an export file to upload to Hermes please go to All Orders-> Open Orders
Select the orders you want to export
Select fulfil orders
Select Export Shipping Details
Select 'Carrier Hermes'
Choose the shipping profile you want to use and click export
Select confirm shipment
