Royal Mail Click & Drop

To integrate your Royal Mail Click & Drop account please follow the steps outlined below. 

Click and Drop Integration with Selro can be used to export orders in Selro into C&D via a CSV file.

You can also enter the C&D API key below to send orders from Selro to C&D. Labels are created in C&D and tracking numbers will be downloaded into Selro.

Please select shipping-> shipping courier set up-> available couriers-> select RM Click & Drop

Next please enter your API key and select test connection 

To export your orders to Click & Drop via a CSV file please follow the steps below. 

Please go to orders-> open orders

Next please select all of the orders you want to send to click & drop and select 'create labels' and via 'click & drop'

Next select the shipping service you want to use and 'export to click & drop CSV file.

You can then upload your file in your Click & Drop account. 

To send your order to click & drop via the API please follow the steps below

Please go to orders-> open orders

Next please select all of the orders you want to send to click & drop and select 'create labels' and via 'click & drop'

Next please select the shipping service and package size and select 'send orders to click & drop. 

This will push your orders to click & drop and you can log into your C&D account to print off your labels.
