Amazon Listing Error: We cannot associate an image with this SKU because the SKU was not created due to another error. Correct all other errors associated with it and resubmit your inventory file to resolve this error.

This error will appear on Amazon listings after Selro sends a product feed to Amazon and Amazon is not able to upload the image of the product due to another product listing error. Oftentimes this error will mean that your listings are listed on Amazon, however, new images will not be able to update to Amazon.  However this could also mean that the amazon listing didn't get listed due to an error

To solve this error, here are some troubleshooting tips:

  • Double check your listing's data in Selro and make sure that the data looks correct.

Since this error can appear in variations , check each SKU in the variation  and make sure that none of the SKUs in the variation have an error. If you see an issue, be sure to correct it and save the SKU.

Once the changes are corrected, open the Amazon listing in Selro inventory and click 'Send Full Update (Replace all details)'.

  • If this doesn't resolve the issue,  delete the listing from Amazon and wait for 12 hours and send a full update again. To delete the listing from amazon, please click 'Remove from Amazon' button under the 'Other Actions' tab as shown below.
