If an order has not been marked as dispatched on your marketplace

If you have shipped an order from Selro but the order status has not been updated to your marketplace, can you please check the 'fulfilment processing tab'

 

Orders->all orders-> fulfilment processing status

From here, please search by your order ID, if the order doesn't appear under this section it means that 'confirm shipment' has now been selected. 

 

To resolve this can you go to 'all orders' locate the relevant order and select confirm shipment. 

 

Once you have completed this action, please return to the fulfillment processing status tab and your order should now appear under this section.
