If you would like to manage telesales orders in Selro, please create a generic 'Webstore' channel.
To add custom Webstore into Selro please follow the steps outlined below:
Select your username in the top right hand corner-> connections-> other -> add webstore
From here you can enter the name of your webstore, in the example below we have named our store 'webstore test'
Once you have created your webstore in Selro you can then begin adding your orders manually into Selro.
To create an order please go to:
Orders-> all orders ->create new order-> create new order
The below screen will then appear and you can select your newly created webstore from the drop-down menu 'please select a sales channel:'
From here you can enter the order details and the customers information and address, as pictured below:
You can then begin adding the order items by selecting 'add new item'
The below screen will appear you can either select your products from the product list or search for the relevant item by SKU reference.
Once you have added your products next please select 'create order'
You will then be asked to confirm the order status as pictured below.
You can also bulk create orders for your webstore via a CSV file.
To do this please go to orders-> all orders-> other actions-> import orders
The below screen will then appear:
Please select 'Selro order import format' for file type
For the channel to import please select your webstore
for CSV file separator please select comma-delimited.
Your upload needs to be in a specific format, you can download a sample file here:
Once populated please save your file in a CSV format and upload. It will take around 20 minutes for your CSV file to process (depending on the number of orders uploaded) Please note you can only upload 10,000 lines per CSV upload.
