Bulk Update Quantity

There are several ways you can bulk update your quantity in Selro. 

 

You can bulk update your quantity from the UI, via a CSV file and via a stock in file. 

 

To update your quantity in Selro via the UI please follow the steps outlined below. 

Please go to inventory->inventory & listings-> bulk actions-> bulk select your products-> Bulk Qty Update

From here you can type in the new quantity for your products and select update changes.

To update your quantities via a csv file please follow the steps outline below. 

 

Please go to inventory-> bulk actions

From bulk imports-> all import file types-> update quantity by SKU

Please select chose file and upload here.

You can also update your products using the barcode instead of the SKU number. If you want to update quantities based on barcode please select the option:  'update quantities by barcode'

Please note on your CSV file you can only upload 10,000 lines per CSV file. If you have a high volume of products to upload please upload this in separate CSV uploads. 

 

You can check on the status of your upload file from the page 'file import history'

While your file is processing the status will say 'waiting' once your file has uploaded the status will change to complete.

 

If there are any issues with your CSV file for example you have uploaded your file with incorrect headers a warning message will appear on this page.
