This happens when a multichannel order is sent to FBA to create a shipment but some reason it fails. When you try to re-create the multichannel FBA shipment again for the same order with the same order id, this error comes as Amazon recognises that the order is already received from a previous request.
In order to resolve this issue, please append -1 for the order id in the below input field and submit again.
