Wayfair Order Management

Please follow the below steps for Wayfair order fulfilment process with Selro.  Wayfair order management flow is slightly different to other sales channels as orders needs to be accepted  before creating shipping labels and fulfilling the order.

Please go into the 'Unshipped Orders' tab and filter by channel to view the Wayfair orders that require acknowledgement before  creating the shipping labels. The unshipped order tab contains Wayfair orders that have been accepted or are waiting to be accepted.

Please  edit the order and if the order is not yet accepted with Wayfair, please click the 'Accept Order' button to accept the order.

Once the order has been accepted the shipping label shall be visible to print the label and fulfil the order.

To print your Wayfair labels in bulk please follow the steps outlined below:

Please go to orders-> all orders-> bulk select your Wayfair orders-> select create labels-> select via Wayfair. 

(When you add Wayfair under the channel connection section, this will automatically appear as a shipping option when creating your labels. ) 

The below page will then appear, from here please select 'create labels' to print your Wayfair labels in bulk. 

Finally select confirm shipment to mark the order as shipped.
